- How do I edit a prayer request that I posted?
- Click on You and then Your Requests. Then Click on the title of your prayer requests. Your request will come up in its own page. Click the title again (It's the headline of the page). A text input box will appear allowing you to change the title. Finally, click Save.
- How do I delete a prayer request after its posted?
- Click on You and then Your Requests. Then click the Red X out beside your prayer request.
- How do I stop receiving emails every time someone prays for me?
- Click on You and then Edit Account. Next uncheck the box that says "Send me an email me when someone prays for me." Finally, click Submit.
- What is a prayer ping?
- We wanted to make it simple to pray for people. If you don't want to type out a prayer, you can send a prayer ping. That just tells the person, "Hey, I prayed for you today."
- I signed up, but I still can't get in?
- Like most sites, we require that you confirm (or verify) your registration so that other people won't be able to sign you up without you knowing it. And it ensures that people don't sign up with incorrect email addresses. If you never received your confirmation email, then you may have given us the wrong email address, or the message might have landed in your junk/spam folder. Feel free to contact us, and we will help you get into your account.
- I found a request or a prayer that was very inappropriate. Can you get rid of it?
- Yes, we will. Please click the little red flag icon (
) in order to let us know about it. - Can I change my username?
- You can't, but we can. Contact us about this, and we'd be glad to help.
