My sister needs to be checked

My sister needs to be checked for colon cancer. She's a nervous wreck about the procedure alone. I pray that God will give her peace one step at a time and that the results come out negative. She also has an unsupportive husband. Lord, help him to step up to the plate and be the man/husband you intended for him to be. Help to rekindle their relationship so that she doesn't feel like she's going through this alone. Help her to know, most of all, that You are always with her.

My sister seems to be fine, although she still need prayer for her marriage. Her husband works on and off, but relies on her as the primary bread winner. She's tired and needs some relief from her husband to do his share. They need to rely on God most of all, but neither one of them takes that path. I pray for their salvation most of all. If that were to change, I think the rest will too.

I've just found out that my sister has still not gone for the tests she needs taken. She's afraid and would rather not go than to find out any bad news. She also is now asking her husband to leave, but he wants to stay and make things work. She's very stubborn and it's hard to change her mind. I know our God is much more powerful than she and I pray that He will instill in her a desire to reconcile rather than run. Help her to be tolerant of her husbands flaws and weaknesses, just as she some of her own. I pray that she will go to the Dr. to have these tests done. She has an 8 years old daughter who adores her father (step dad). He's the only father she's known. Please don't allow my sister to rip their family apart over trivial matters. Help her to see the "bigger picture" of life. In Jesus' name I pray.

Still no interest in seeing a Dr. Her marriage is falling apart. I've found out that it's mostly her not him. She may be having an affair. She's following a pattern in her life that she's never broken. Now her 21 year old daughter is pregnant with a married mans child. She plans to keep the baby. My prayer for them is this...that God would open their eyes to how they are living in the flesh and all the lives they are affecting due to decisions they make. They live in a disposable world and are going along with what everyone else is doing and think it's just fine. I pray they realize it's not fine. I pray they see the big picture and what is really important in this life but more importantly, the next. Please help break the cycle here Lord so that this does not continue into the next generation. Let's break this behavior in this family once and for all. With all my love and gratitude Lord.
